Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Harold Johnson owns and operates Hardwoods of Nashville, a high-end hardwood flooring business. Since 2004, the company has offered both domestic and exotic hardwood products for residential installation. As an owner/manager, Harold Johnson oversees a staff of 50 employees, and performs sales and marketing functions for the company.
Before running his own business, the Nashville businessman was the sales manager at Designer Floors and Interiors from 1999 to 2004. There, he managed a sales staff of 30 representatives and conducted sales meetings to generate new business, among other managerial duties.
Outside of his business activities, he volunteers his time with local charitable organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, helping to build houses for people who are homeless, and the Red Cross, assisting with blood drives.
